** When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. All orders ship from Brownsville, Texas. Please keep in mind that USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
** Will I get a tracking number?
Of course! Each order will come with a tracking number, sent out via email once your order has shipped.Â
** How can I protect my order?
You can protect your package by adding package protection through Route, it automatically charges you 1% of your order total and packages are traceable and replaceable if lost or stolen. If you have chosen to opt out of Route protection, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Â
** Return Policy?
Unfortunately, because of the small nature of our business, we currently DO NOT offer returns/ exchanges. Please read our size guide before purchasing or contact us with any questions. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order, please email us to help@jenzeanodesigns, if there is anything wrong with your order.Â
** Do you offer international shipping?Â
Yes! International orders may take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months to arrive. Jen Zeano Designs is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.Â
** I received a tracking number, but my package hasn't updated.
If you received a tracking number but there have been no updates to your package after 7 business days, please email us to help@jenzeanodesigns.com with name and order number.
** Are your tees ethically made?Â
Absolutely! Our shirts are manufactured by Bella + Canvas and have gone through extensive application process to be WRAP Certified.Â
** Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! For any questions about wholesale, please contact Jen at hello@jenzeanodesigns. We are so excited to work with you!
** How do I know what size to order?Â
Please keep in mind that most of our tees are unisex and are meant to be worn a little loose. Jen is wearing a size medium in all photos. More details in our size guide tab.Â
** How can we contact you?

**Can we return items we bought on sale?Â
Once items go on sale they sell fairly quickly and it’s usually on items that will not be restocked, because of this we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items.Â
** Tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here! What do I do?Â
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. We offer Route protection that insures your orders. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. If you added Route to your order, you can file a claim through Route or send us an email to help@jenzeanodesigns.com and we can file the claim in your behalf. If you live in an apartment or condominium complex please check with your buildings office, sometimes the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox. Jen Zeano Designs will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly. Jen Zeano Designs is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.Â
**Â Is this a secured website? Is my info safe?Â
Yep! We're hosted on Shopify, which is a secure e-commerce platform. Your information is safe.Â
** What is Latinas Supporting Latinas?
LSL is an added section in our website where you can purchased items from other amazing Latinx owned businesses. All the products available through LSL are items that we absolutely love. All orders ship directly from their place of business and not from JZD's warehouse. You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped. We are not liable/responsible for any LSL products.Â
** Free shipping codes will only apply to orders in the USA and orders will be sent USPS 2-3 business days (transit time). Free shipping discount does not include Express Mail or Priority Mail.
