Shipping
** Free shipping codes will only apply to orders in the USA and orders will be sent USPS 2-3 business days (transit time). Free shipping discount does not include Express Mail or Priority Mail.
All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. All orders ship from Brownsville, Texas. Please keep in mind that USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Of course! Each order will come with a tracking number, sent out via email once your order has shipped.
You can protect your package by adding package protection through Route, it automatically charges you 1% of your order total and packages are traceable and replaceable if lost or stolen. If you have chosen to opt out of Route protection, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Yes! International orders may take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months to arrive. JZD is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
If you received a tracking number but there have been no updates to your package after 7 business days, please email us to orders@shopjzd.com with name and order number.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. We offer Route protection that insures your orders. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. If you added Route to your order, you can file a claim through Route or send us an email to orders@shopjzd.com and we can file the claim in your behalf. If you live in an apartment or condominium complex please check with your buildings office, sometimes the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox. JZD will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly. JZD is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.

We allow returns if processed within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us to orders@shopjzd.com with your order number and the subject line “RETURN”. Items must be in their original condition and packaging with all tags still attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Return shipping costs will be subtracted from the refunded amount. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. How soon the credit will appear depends on your bank.
Once items go on sale they sell fairly quickly and it’s usually on items that will not be restocked, because of this we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
