When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 7-12 business days, unless otherwise stated. Please keep in mind that USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Will I get a tracking number?
Of course! Each order will come with a tracking number, sent out via email once your order has shipped.
I ordered a gift card, how does that work?
Your gift card will be emailed to the email address entered in your order.
Tracking number says my order was delivered, but it's not here! What do I do?
Wait another day or two, sometimes packages are marked as delivered, but are still in transit. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. If you added Route shipping insurance to your order, you can file a claim through Route https://claims.route.com.
I got a tracking number, but it hasn't updated, can you help?
Sometimes packages don't get scanned as they travel though the distribution centers especially during times of high volume, give your package time to get to you. If it has been more than 7 business days and your package hasn't updated please contact us at email@example.com
By when do I have to order for Christmas delivery?
Everything is different this year since so many are doing their Christmas shopping online. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We recommend ordering by December 12th to receive by the 25th.
What is the difference between First Class and Priority Mail?
We ship all our packages through USPS. First Class Mail spends 3-4 business days in transit. This does not include our processing times which is the times it takes our small but mighty team to get your order ready. Priority Mail spends 2-3 business days in transit. This, again, does not include our processing times.
Can I include a gift note?
Absolutely! You can leave the note under the "gift notes" section at checkout. We handwrite all gift notes.
How many coupon codes can I use?
Only one coupon code per order can be used.
Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sales are only valid during the time of sale. No adjustments on previous purchases. No substitutions. Free shipping only applicable on orders over $125.
